Doesn't seem to treat vapefrog like a business. Rarely responds to messages. Doesn't process order in a timely manner. Really seems like a side gig that only gets attention when he feels like it. Frustrating. Cancelled my etransfer last time as it had been 2 weeks without answer. Cost me $5 to cancel! Tried to get service again, been a week, no answer to whatsapp and email. Incredibly unreliable. Just want my service. How difficult is it to check in once a day or so. Clearly doesn't care. Stay away from this reseller.
update: a month later, i didn't want to cancel my etransfer this time as i'd be changed $5. I decided to let it expire and returned to me on day 30, for free. On day 28 or so vapefrog accepted the etransfer. It's been 2 days. Still no service or communication. Stay away from vapefrog. There are so many services out there that will get back to you within the day. Why put up with this? I am disappointed.
