Thank you for your feedback.
I am very sorry that the item you ordered was not available.
The manufacturer had not informed us that this item had been discontinued, so we expected to be able to dispatch your order as soon as the stock arrived in our warehouse.
As soon as we were notified they we would not fulfil your order, we contacted you and processed a refund.
We received your order on 5 August and processed your refund on 14 August. It can take two or three days for the funds to reach your account once the refund has been processed. I am sorry for this delay.
