First off, wish there was a 4.5 star option, since rarely are there vape sites with no flaw what-so-ever.
There customer service response time is fantastic, and super patient when you're indecisive. They do not come across as shilly what-so-ever in emails. The prices are on the high side, but if you pay attention will see that they match competitor's prices, or give you a custom invoice/coupon code. If you live in Canada, the order maybe takes 3-4 days to get shipped and be at your door.
I've purchased a Tinymight 2 from them that worked flawless out of the box [until after a year of daily use when I RMA'D it for the recent upgrades], and a Puffco Proxy with accessories.
Haven't opened my Proxy yet, as I don't use concentrates often compared to flower. Also in the rare case they make a Proxy Pro, would be able to return the unopened one.
Vapes currently get so many versions/upgrades these days. I love improvements but never want to feel like my $500 purchase is obsolete within a year or so.
Just my 2 cents on the vape world, and why I never buy any DynaVaps, who are the kings of doing that.

They don't show bad reviews on their site, i bought mininail and it doesn't show the 3 stars i gave, but by some coincidence i see the 5 star review i gave on another product ... also product came damaged and i got only 10% refund on only the bucket, the purchase was almost 500$ but hey here 4.50$ :) they asked me to ship back but it was 30$ at my cost when i see that bucket on other site for 79.99 CAD.. no thank you.

I’ve bought from the company twice now, once online (delivered), and today actually I went to pick up my online order in person in Vancouver. I’ve never had any issues, everybody is always really lovely and friendly, which is awesome, and the communication is great.

Solid, straight up company. Five Stars all the way, and will happily buy from them many times over.

bought Simrell cage. Also glass protection was in the order. Got a broken "pass throught" adapter and provided pictures, asked for new piece but they refuse to send it to me, they say I need to buy the adapter, even I got a manufactored defect I proved it. Worst company I ever talked to, not good customer service at all. Tried to give them review on their site, but they delete it. That's why they don't have bad reviews.

Purchased several items from this company in the past. Had an issue with a defective product and they were willing and eager to rectify the issue.
