Avoid this company at all cost

Avoid this company at all cost. I order from many online vape shops, this one was by far the worst. I placed an order for a high end mech. I was sent a used beat up non functioning mod. I contacted them and sent it back immediately. A week went by after tracking showed it was delivered, I had to email them multiple times for an update. When they finally did respond it was only to inform me they would not honor their refund policy. I received no exchange or refund. Customer service was extremely rude when I received any response at all. Chose anywhere else. Plenty of reputable vape sites out there, this is NOT one.
