hello guys you told me you have the best top grade buds but what i received was not good at all just wasted money. As compared to what i ordered from lionsbreathofficialaccount.com this guys have the best quality top shelf grade buds and super fast reliable in deivery.
I recently purchased and received the Cookies x Gpen. I've used the original Gpen for a bit, an figured, it was time for an upgrade. The product arrived fairly quick and that was great until I went to go use it. It wasn't lighting up. The battery pack has a light in it to signify low battery, temp change, and firing. I figured this was from just from a lack of power so I've now done an overnight charge and it still does nothing. I'm wondering if this was maybe a dud. I'm not sure, I've never had anything happen like this with my other Gpen.
Been 16 days since order no response to any attempt to contact very disappointed looks like i may be out 40 bucks
This was my 2nd purchase and it was just as good as the last time. Great price and fast shipping again.
Great service had thought I placed in order , I screwed up in the address section so instead of billling me and sending to wrong address they reached out and. We corrected the matter . It was all my fault but they did go out of there way to verify address matched. No company in China would do that !
Paid extra for priority shipping, ended up being given the wrong tracking number which led to me missing the USPS delivery and not getting my product for 6 days instead of the 2-3 that I paid extra for. TO ANSWER THE RESPONSE. You are now lying because the receipt of purchase was 1/16/19 tomorrow when the post office is open 1/22/19 it will be the SIXTH day. This could of all been avoided if I was given the right tracking number to begin with. It is neither USPS fault or my fault. Tomorrow will be the 6th day since USPS is closed today if I was given the right tracking number by YOUR company I would of been informed that the product was coming. Based on other reviews it seems this isn’t the first time someone who paid extra for priority shipping had trouble with tracking on your company’s part.

You purchased the item 1-17 at night. The item was deliver on 1-19 but you were not home to sign for the item. Where is 6 days????Your delivery arrived on time as scheduled. However, you were not home to sign for the item. When you went to the post office, the post office did not inform you that you had a package available. When we spoke over the weekend, I informed you our shipping department was closed and I would not have clarification until Monday morning which is when I answered your question. If you would have been available for your delivery on the 19th, it would not have taken an extended period of time.
Excellent service and quality product. Delivery speed was super fast and I will be back for additional items as the prices are fantastic.

I was very excited about buying from their site. Found a great product in the dipper by dip devices. But the shipping is a joke. They give 2 options free “which I should have chosen” and am extra $5.00 for faster service and tracking. Should have never went with the extra. It didn’t arrive on time and the tracking was rubbish. It said one but didn’t arrive till 2 days after. Customer service tried to tell me it would arrive as noted but as I explained the USPS don’t come twice in one day. They never responded to any other messages. When I did receive it like I said it was great but overall experience. I’d definitely find somewhere else to do this kind of shopping. Reply still don’t justify the shotty shipping. Never said I expected it in a day. Just honor your receiving day and give reliable information.

We also offer USPS Priority Shipping for an additional $5. Estimated shipping using Priority is 2-4 days. We process and ship orders in one day. But we did not inform you that shipping only takes one day, next day, or is guaranteed on a specific day. We stressed to you the delivery date displayed on the USPS website is an estimated delivery date. The USPS website also states that the delivery date displayed is estimated.
