I have placed a few orders and always found the service to be of excellent with fast dispatch and great quality. They clearly care about the customer, and are happy to offer advice on the phone, which is so nice to find in a business these days.
5 star without hesitation.

First met these guys around November 2015, set out to go and see them and then realised they were an office in the building rather than a shop, so I called them. Aron came down within 5 minutes with a selection of tanks/batteries and took me through everything I needed to know, using great knowledge without coming across as condescending which some people can. I left feeling really happy with my purchase and have gone to pick juice etc up from them since, as well as ordering using their free next day delivery.

When a juice that I like has been out of stock Aron has been incredibly quick to suggest a different one and I'm yet to be disappointed. They probably don't to set up a walk in shop, because they feel like one anyway; but I hope they do one day!

Please please please, if your a beginner or hardened veteran vaper only use these guys as they have the best prices and the most experience in there field than any other company I have ever dealt with. The first time I emailed them at 8 pm at night I had an almost instant reply from the director of the company Aron who answered all my questions.
And even phoned me the next day to go into more detail .if only every company was like vaperama.

Delivery was fast. Communication was excellent. Superb quality product. Good price. Will be buying everything from you from now on..! Highly recommended!

I ordered my vape from them after 3pm yesterday and received it this morning. Their customer service is outstanding and I will definately be buying from them again.

I've purchased a few bits and bobs from Vaperama and have had telephone conversations with the staff and they are very helpful!
Everything I've received from them has been immaculate and 100% authentic. The delivery is very fast and free if you spend over £20 😀

I'll definitely buy new mods from them when they get them.

As a retired procurement manager hopefully I can be forgiven for a few jaundiced views regarding suppliers, but my dealings with Vaperama continue to prove that there are companies out there consistently providing competitive pricing together with a high standard of service to their customers.

I have purchased vaping hardware and e-liquids from them and on each and every occasion products, pricing, information and delivery were spot on.
