Top-notch customer service

Great selection and prices! I'm happy with my purchase every time. Customer service is great too. When I made my most recent order, I accidentally auto-filled the wrong shipping address and my package ended up somewhere else! When I realized this, I emailed the company and they promptly fixed the problem and made sure I will receive my order. Very friendly as well, which makes all the difference when evaluating the quality of a business. I will order again for sure.

Vape royalty is the best vape company I’ve ever done business with. All my orders are always correct. They have great prices and always strive to give exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!! Stay off the cigs and buy from a company you can trust.

You should never use them

You should never use them, first of all they have no phone number to call when there is an issue . They send me the wrong products, i contacted them via email daily for 3 weeks and they responded once telling me to send them back for a refund which I did and I verified they received it by the tracking number, I never got a response or my refund or a replacement.

Great Customer Service

So although their warehouse is pretty backed-up because of Covid and being understaffed, they are working their hardest to get orders out as fast as they can. I was concerned as I paid extra for my order to be delivered by Wed. February 9th and it hadn't even shipped yet, I reached out to customer support and Kathrine let me know what was happening and the reason for the delay and assured me they would ship my order the following morning. I couldn't have asked for a better Customer Service Representative and I'm excited to receive my products!❤ Thank you again, Katherine! Your Customer Service is beyond exponential!❤

Great selection of Juice and priced 50% lower than local shops. The shipping was very fast. Ordered on 28th, shipped on 31st, received on 3rd of Feb. I placed a large order 35 various bottles and all my items were received exactly as requested.
I would order again and recommend to all Ga. customers looking for juice and supplies at more than 50% discount from local shops. Thank you!

Terrible shipping times and customer service

Dont be fooled by the slightly lower prices, they come at a cost. I made my order at 730am on 2/2, it is now 10pm on 2/7 and my order still hasn't shipped. I've been in contact with their customer service team and they brought up to my attention that their warehouse is running behind due to covid, and that orders typically get processed and ship out in 24-48 business hours. I've worked for medium sized businesses that would ship an order out the same day if it was placed before 2pm, with Amazon being able to get orders processed, shipped, and delivered in 2 days, sometimes the same day, in this day an age 24-48 hours just to process an order and ship it is lengthy, on top of that, they have had all of 2/2, 2/3, and 2/4, and today 2/7 to ship my order and it still hasn't shipped. They told me on 2/3 that they will ship my order on 2/4 and If it doesn't ship they will reimburse me the shipping charges. My order didn't ship, I reached out to them twice, and haven't heard anything back. I will never do business with them again. Do yourself the favor to pay slightly more money and get yourself some vape products that will arrive in a reasonable ammount of time, and safely. Over 1 business week to get vape products is unacceptable in this day and age. Rant over.

I have only used Vape Royalty a handful…

I have only used Vape Royalty a handful of times, being that I'm pretty new to the vaping community. But I haven't had any issues with them, at all. The prices seem to be more than fair, and the support team has gone above and beyond to help me with any issues I've had, even when that issue was a simple mistake that was 100% on my end. Very personable and courteous staff. It does usually take a little while to hear back from the staff, but so far it has never taken even a full 24 hours. Wonderful people, products, warranties, and services. This is the first online vape I've ever used, and I see absolutely no reason to even try going elsewhere.

FAST shipping and great prices

They have some great prices on juice, they always have my juice in stock (which is usually sold out literally everywhere) and this past order I made after 11 pm on Thursday, the 20th, and it arrived at my house on Monday the 24th. And this is still from several states away. Most online vape retailers charge a lot for shipping due to whatever laws they have going on now, but vape royalty actually makes that cost worth it. Great customer service in the past, whenever I had an issue. Definitely recommend them for your vaping needs.

I had some concerns after seeing that my delivery instructions were not included on my invoice. Christine, who works with Vape Royalty's Customer Service Department was not only quick to respond but put my concerns at ease as well with her quick responses.

Honest and fair consistency!

I have been a customer with Vape Royalty for over five years now. Some of the things that brings me back to them each time is their attention to detail, prices that are always fair, and they have very fast shipping.
I honestly cannot remember a time in which there was an issue with my order being filled incorrectly.
A lot of people don't realize how much work is put into keeping amazing flavors in stock, especially during high flow times. Somehow VR manages to do it very consistently. There have been a few times they have been out of stock on one item in my order. I would fill out the form to email me when it's back in stock. I would receive that email within a week, and I would be able to finish my order.
You can tell by the ratings that they have on there most loved juices that their customers are happy to leave a rating, even if it's not the highest rating. Us customers can tell that our orders are l handled with care, and have been put together with care. This mutual respect between customer and a business doesn't occur at every vape site you go to, not even a majority of them.
If you email VR for any reason, they will get back to you very quickly, and address your issue or question in a complete manner. You're not going to feel like some robot that has to click through menus to actually get to a person, that's rare these days. And for us customers we need to remember not to take that for granted. That's superb customer service.
When VR does have a sale around most holidays, it's a fair sale because most of their products are already at an extremely low price.
I look forward to them opening up their rewards program when they're ready, it should be a great one! In the meantime, I'm happy to be a customer that comes back time and time again because I know VR is where I'll find consistency.
