My go to Vape store

The Vape royalty always has what I need on stock and I can usually get it pretty quick within a few days as of today I just quit going to my local guy even though he was a good friend he just never has what I need you guys just gained a pretty good customer You guys are great thank you.

This is the only company I use for vape…

This is the only company I use for vape products. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers have the best experience possible. I recently just had an issue with an order I placed with them and USPS lost the item. We messaged back and forth and they gave me all the respect in the world. Once we waited a decent amount of time they just apologized to me and sent me the same order on them free of charge. This was USPS's problem, but vape royalty went out of their way to make it right.
This is a wonderful company and the only one I will deal with.

Consistent Quality and Service

I've been ordering my vape hardware and juice from Vape Royalty for a few years and they always provide quality products and great customer service.
Recently had a defective pod device and they worked with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. My device was conveniently replaced without any issues.

My order was lost by the postal service and I was a little frustrated. However, I reached out to customer service and they assured me they would ship my order again and I received it much sooner than expected. The level of communication and dedication to good customer service is apparent in all of the staff I’ve spoken with.

Order Issue

I placed an order with Vape Royalty and had a mistake on the order. I contacted them immediately and their representative Christine was able to rectify the issue without any hassle on my part. Had a new Smok pod arrive DOA, requested replacement

Had a new Smok Novo 4 pod arrive DOA. Sent a email to VR's customer svc. I was rather surprised to be asked to provide a quick video proving it would not charge or power on but OK, sure, for their vendor warranty I can agree. Took a few checkup emails over the next couple of weeks (hence 4*) but VR eventually did ship me a new unit so overall happy with the experience. Any prior purchases have been great from the excellent website search ability to timely shipment (and certainly competitive prices)!

Great customer service and selections…

Great customer service and selections to choose from. Good pricing. Fast delivery. I bought 3 bottles of my favorites, one came to me leaking. I emailed their customer service, and by 24 hrs., they sent me out a replacement bottle. Excellent!!!! I am a repeat customer.

This is a legit review

This is a legit review, and I'll say that they are my first stop online for my vape equipment, and they are indeed a very "real" and honest company. I had my doubts with ordering vape online as I had my shop locally in LBC shut down. This company is quick to respond via email too. You're not going to go wrong with Vape Royalty. They have a huge catalog of flavors and the best pricing. Keep in mind (as I had to) that you must expect that your products are being shipped and you should be patient and allow 2-3 weeks for US Postal to complete the delivery as in my case. In your case it could be much less. In my case I live in a security building and USPS didn't even try and turned around and didn't deliver, instead I have to go to the Post Office to pick up the parcel. And I ran out of juice 3 weeks ago, so I'm climbing the walls lol. Yet this has nothing to do with Vape Royalty, they have been excellent. Thank you for everything you do. ac
