Amazing customer service from Paul, totally my error in ordering the wrong item but Paul sent me out a replacement order which I received next day and asked me to return my wrong order whenever I could. How good is that ? totally happy and I love the artic menthol - thank you all.

I've been using VaperTrails for a few years now, and have always had top notch service - from them saving me some of my favourite vape juices when they were discontinued, to prompt delivery.

I've been using vaper trails for 3 years now, and they are amazing! I order from them on line, everything is always dispatched same day. They are extremely helpful with any enquiries, and contact back immediately when you contact them. The quality of the vape liquids are the best I have ever used, and I have tried many since vaping!

Always excellent products at a good price. I ordered online some juice and coils 1st June 2020 at 10pm, and my order was delivered by hand the next day at 12.40pm. Absolutely top-notch service at all times, but this time Vapertrails have excelled themselves. All they need to do now to achieve perfection is to bring back the aquarium in their Biggleswade shop!
