Poor response to order
Poor response to order , never have anything in shop have to order online ,for click and collect, then not notifed when it had arrived
Just had a email from Ashley about experience, although will not change how I felt about previous experience, it will not deter me from future purchases, maybe just unlucky for me that time

Looking through the orders I can see one order associated with your email. This order is for an item that's quite old now and one we wouldn't necessarily keep on the shelf in our stores. I believe it was ordered for click and collect and someone should of notified you when it was at our store. Apologies if this never happened and I will find out why.

On december the 1st I have ordered a…
On december the 1st I have ordered a couple of vapes on the website but I still haven’t received the orders yet. On the website it stated that my orders would last 3-6 days to get delivered, I have even paid extra to get it delivered quicker. I’m waiting 17 days now. What is even more frustrating is that I get no reply on mails or calls. On the website it states that mails get replied to in 2-4 days. It’s two weeks later now. If I only would get a message back to get an update about my order that would be relieving in some sense. I hope my vapes get delivered before 31 december, or else I would like to cancel my order and get a refund.

Sorry to hear your unhappy but you have got the wrong company. We don't state any of what you have put in your review on our website. We also don't have any outstanding orders from december, any orders with your name on it, any outstanding messages or refund requests.
I'm not defending the company that you have used but if you have been contacting the wrong companies since December 1st then that might be the reason why they haven't responded to you. Please check your purchase invoice for the company name you purchased from, I'm sure they will be able to chase it up for you.
Once your issue is resolved could you remove this poor review please.
