Took 17 days to receive 1 bottle of juice.
When received, it was the wrong juice. Emailed twice, no response. No customer service. The phone number listed is not in service. Scam
Placed on order on September 7th, and elected paid shipping to receive it faster than the free shipping I qualified for. After several days without an updates, I did a live chat to inform them. My browser crashed during, but the next day, a shopping label was printed, so they obviously received the message. After over a week of it not being shipped, I sent another message asking why it had not been sent. I did not receive a reply, but it shipped immediately after. When I received it 11 days after ordering (only 4 in transit), one of the items was wrong. I sent ANOTHER message to customer service over a week ago informing them, and still have not received a response. All the juices I've tried are extremely bland. Very disappointed. Do not buy.
I ordered from this company and a label was created and that was it. The label has shown created since 8/18. I’ve reached out to them multiple times with no response the contact us number is disconnected. DO NOT lose your money dealing with this company! They have bad reviews all over the internet of people having the same experience.
I placed my order on a Monday which was a holiday. I wanted my juice quickly so I paid extra for expedited shipping. Got an order shipped email later that day. Two days go by and the tracking still says that the label has been printed but it hasn't arrived at USPS facility. I email their support for an order update. Get no reply. Two more days go by, it's Thursday, no update on the tracking, no reply from support. I send another email to nudge them. Get no reply until finally Friday the tracking is updated and it's supposed to arrive Monday. Never got a reply from support email. If I pay extra to have the package in 2-3 days with priority mail, don't let it sit at your shipping facility for four days. I've had this happen before and coincidentally it was another vape company. Think I might just go local from now on. 2 stars because the juice is good and a good price, but other than that I was really annoyed by this experience.
