Please note that rechargeable disposable vapes may experience some battery drain during transportation, storage, and the time between manufacturing and first use. As a result, some devices may not show a full charge when first opened.
If a device has a low battery upon opening, we recommend charging it fully before use. This does not affect the e-liquid capacity or overall performance of the product.
However, if you encounter any device that cannot be charged properly or does not function after charging, please let us know and provide a short video showing the issue. We'll be happy to review it and assist further.

When I ordered the vapes you have a picture of multiple vapes in my shopping cart and I only got one of each. The picture of six of them is misleading. I thought you were sending me a package deal. Imagine how disappointed I was when the package arrived!

The ONLY reason I did not give 5 stars is because with my last order, one of the vapes I received had only 75% juice in it. I have ordered numerous times with NO issue ever.I have sent them emails pictures, they wanted a video but I cannot get a video to attach to the email, so I’m still sitting on a vape that was used or not filled properly.Like I said this place has never let me down except this time. Hopefully they can figure something out to fix this issue. I will definitely keep ordering from them if this issue is fixed. They are a GREAT COMPANY!!
