Excellent items and service
My orders usually arrive the next day well packed and exactly as described. On the rare occasion I've had to contact Customer Service (to correct my own mistakes made whilst ordering), the representative is friendly and professional with my self-caused error quickly corrected.

New vape faulty out of the box
New vape faulty out of the box. Returned it. A week later they said it tested fine and sent it back to me. Tried it again and faulty. Told there support team this and they said they can't see the video of it not working this time. Very poor customer service
