Scam site. Ordered snus which was never delivered, tried going through customer support for about a month, repeatedly calling and sending emails, after 2 calls they refused to pick up the phone to me after or respond to any whatsapp/text messages.
Also contacted via email and no response was given
Made two seperate orders both have been cancelled and then not refunded have made numerous attempts to contact them with no response. I finally got through on the WhatsApp chat but now reading my messages and not replying. Stay away this is clearly a scam just taking my money
My experience with vape world has been amazing customer service is great and on point he will always try and fulfil and try his best to get you what you want the delivery is fast like he will do his best to be quick like I order 15th January at lunch time and got them same day he really cares about his customers and I highly recommend using him !! He has the best deals than High street vapes shops/stores. Honestly and his vapes are amazing has a lot to choose from he goes above and beyond and really cares about his customers!!
