I’m giving you 4 stars because, I’m extremely happy with the product and everything it works well I happy but your missing one star which only means one thing I wasn’t happy that it doesn’t come with batteries. To maybe in the future to get that 5th star think about getting a battery with the vape, but after all amazing product I would 100% recommend to friends and family!

Thank you for taking the time for your detailed review. This really is much appreciated. We would love to gain that 5th star from you. Sadly, this might be a challenge. It is highly unusual for a manufacturer to include batteries with the product.
Almost all manufacturers of mods designed to have removeable batteries do not include a battery with the product. Depending on the users style of vaping, tank & resistance and power level requirement ultimately means that there are batteries available to suit the specific purpose of the user & equipment. We are one of the cheapest retailers in the UK for the product that you have purchased in this instance and it is listed at approximately half the RRP price. We are simply not able to cover the cost of batteries too.

Thank you for your review. We are very disappointed that you are not happy with the items that you have received.
We have not wanted to mislead you or any of our customers in anyway. The items within this purchase are now no longer in production and some flavours have past their "Best By" or "Best Before Date". This is something very different and is NOT the same as an 'Expiry Date'. They are perfectly safe to vape.
We have made this information as clear as possible before purchase with a very clear disclaimer on the top of the description within the product page written in red writing.
We are therefore disappointed that you are not fully happy with your purchase and that you have not provided us with the time to discuss and resolve this with you. We work incredibly hard to serve our customers with great products and service. I hope you can imagine how disappointed we are to read the latest reviews on Trustpilot.
