Overall good and reliable, very quick shipping, customer service via WhatsApp is fairly good but could maybe be better with quicker and faster replies. Had a few issues but usually get resolved fairly quick.

I had a faulty box of vapes and they instantly sent a replacement package,very reliable company. After several big orders have never had any problems except from this one time and it was instantly solved with extremely good customer service, couldn’t recommend anymore!

This company is the best company I’ve used, best prices, biggest range to choose from and fastest delivery time, ordered on the Saturday (weekend) and still came on the Monday, go above and beyond for their customers, resolved my query as I had presented the wrong vapes and even managed to change my order for me, will be a long time customer for sure, Thankyou❤️
