Great product selection & fast shipping

I've been a customer for a while, and the product selection is absolutely unmatched, no other shop even comes close. I did run into a small issue when my country was no longer listed for shipping, but after reaching out to their support team, they quickly resolved it.

Complaint impossible

On 19th October I ordered a battery carrier, which was defective shortly afterwards. On 27th November I complained about the item and sent a video of the defect to Vapevo, but unfortunately I didn't receive a response.
On 18th December I sent another request, which was also not answered.
On 1st January I also sent a request via the website, but up to now I have not received any response.

One star is for the quality of the flavors and another one for the fast shipping.

I have not received my order # Order nr# 36231 even though it says order is delivered i have not received it i paid a lot for these vapes i have sent them so many emails for over a week they dont answer me they just ignore me i would not advise buying from them i have not received my order
