I bought a Aspire Vilter Pro which stopped working after about a week. I tried to contact customer service via after sales link twice , contacted them on Facebook , nobody answers. If you are lucky and the product is good gets delivered fast but if you need to contact customer service you have no chance to solve the problem,

I ordered ten days ago and they have…

I ordered ten days ago and they have not yet sent the order to the mail. Taking into account that they have to send it to another country directly, I am not going to wait for it. If I knew that it would take weeks or months to send the package I would not have purchased from this company.
I am seriously considering making a claim to my bank for fraud.
