No way to get a response

Takes a very long time

I made an order #57605 on 12/30/2020. Today is 2/10/2021 and I still don’t have it, and honestly not counting on ever getting it. I emailed them, but as expected was completely ignored.
Update: 02/17/21, package finally received. It took about 50 days, but at least it made it

Ordered over a month ago

Ordered over a month ago, received a notification on 12 Jan that UPS had received a notice of shipment from the company. it is now 28 Jan and UPS has still not received the package. By the way the UPS center is in Cyprus. Went to the website today and it is down for maintenance, emails go unanswered. They did take my money though so they are quick on something! I would not recommend this site, I wish there was a site that actually sent Heets quickly but I don't think there are any.

ZERO customer servise

There is no customer support at all. I have received an email (more than 10 days ago) that my order was shipped via USPS but the provided order and tracking nos are invalid. I am not able to track my order. Here is my order no : 50324
No one cares to answer the emails!

This was my first order and the last one.
Sad to have such a bad experience!!!

So pure service

So pure service. Instead of 4 cartoons sticks sent to me just 2!!! Do not reply to my messages! Horrible company! Not recommend!

had unit for aprox 45 days. smoked a few packs through it and
cleaned it as mentioned. this is my 3rd IQOS. Got the first in Germany last year (love the product / hate the equipment) Recent
issue is the IQOS 3 Multi. unit shows fully charged and will not turn on.
sent 4 emails requesting help and no reply!
