As is customary I shall post the actual story, word for word.

I don't understand people like you, you are concerned about a "hypothetical situation" which is fully within your own control, we then offer a solution and you leave a 2 star review. Oozing self-entitlement.

I have just received my purchase, at the moment I've got concerns, the model I purchased was Dead rabbit mtl rta in gold
My concerns is the drip tip, it looks great but tip could easily brake, I've tried looking for replacements incase this happens, I looked on your site and there is nothing ,if this is correct it's no good for me, if there is replacement drip tips please send me link

that's where the problem is a 510 will not fit on that, the gold drip tip has a thread on it which is then screwed into the plastic top which is smaller than a 510, I've got plenty of 510 drip tips and they to big.(See attachments) the 510 measurement 8.47mm the gold one that fitted is 6.82mm

We can see if we can get spare tips from Hellvape (they are on holiday just now) but we can’t take a used tank back.

After having another look, it's possible to take off the the drip tip and ribbed part underneath, which then allows a 510 to be fitted, problem with doing that it completely alters the look of why I purchased it, you cannot come back with, you cannot except it back, its not my problem you haven't got replacement drip tips, how would anybody know it would be an issue.

It’s not an issue. It is yourself that stated “if it breaks”. There used to be no reason for it to break.

Nobody has ever asked us for spare drip tips in case this one breaks.

Just wow!

Great opportunity to highlight how ridiculous your request is. It’s no use to you in a hypothetical situation where you may break it!!!

We said we could see about getting some in. But you have opened and handled a tank, we cannot resell that due to hygiene concerns.

Just don’t break your drip tip.
