Poor quality vape

Poor quality vape, DO NOT BUY THIS!!, bought the luxe Q2, coils/pods went bad within few days, taste is very bad and a lot of leakage

FRAUD!

I ordered vape accessories thru their store, after 5 days, no sign of shipping & emailed store@vaporesso dot com SEVERAL times without an answer. No way to contact them at all. I submitted a fraud claim and dispute for charges. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Just more made in China junk

I was told Vaporesso was one of the best vape Mods available. In 2 years I bought 3 of them (Gen 200) and every one of them stopped working within 9 months. The last one I bought the atomizer failed within 10 days of receiving. Customer service is almost non-existent. Just more made in China junk. Vaporesso has lost my business forever.

Vaporesso Xros is the best lineup in vaporesso’s line.

The Xros lineup is the best series that Vaporesso has produced. The Vaporesso Xros 3 is the vaporizer I have been carrying around for the last week. So far, it had been the best pod system I have tried. It is mainly a MTL/DL system, although I have been able to use it for RDL vaping by using the button. It maintains a smooth hit, and it has amazing flavor with both free base and salt liquid. With salt liquid, I noticed that it has a very noticeable “head high” effect, if thats what you’re after. Overall, the build quality isn’t amazing, but from what I can tell the focus is in the pod, not the device. I’ve tried all the pods, and the 1.0 ohm pod seems to have the strongest flavor. Definitely a device I will keep with me. There are some issues while using the website, but Vaporesso devices are common enough to find at any vaporizer shop in the US. The website was cheaper than in person at MSRP, but it wasn’t a big difference. At $10 a pod, its a bit steep, but the quality definitely shows.

Vaporesso are amazing vapes!

Visited my favourite store NG Vape on Carlton Hill Nottingham after my digital display was behaving very strangely on my mod. Although the mod still worked perfectly. They, as the brilliant people they are, got in touch with their Vaporesso rep and explained on my behalf. Less than a week later a new mod was sent to store for me and the old one taken for testing. Trust mine to be the only one ever to do what it was doing :). Vaporesso and NG Vape could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I absolutely love my Vaporesso Vape and it's been the best buy I ever made. I had purchased numerous vapes before my Vaporesso and now I would not think of getting any other brand. The charge lasts and lasts, as do the batteries and coils. I have never suffered that horrible burnt taste as you can adjust the wattage to your liking and the display is fabulous! Thank you to whoever the Vaporesso rep was that helped support NG Vape in getting my vape sorted, in fact it's even better now. You have a very loyal Vaporesso customer!

Cancelled my order several days later

Cancelled my order without contacting me beforehand because their system marked it as a fraud risk. Made no effort to look into that before they just canceled it no questions asked. Waste of my time and a waste of a transaction. Incredibly upset.

OMG! Amazing!

OMG! I accidentally lost my xros 3. Retraced my journey, it had been run over by least one car, still works months later. Just in bath atm dropped it in. Guess what, still works! Witchcraft! Excellent build quality! Xx

Very poor customer service

I have tried contacting Customer Service twice now via email. I have yet to recieve a response. The tracking platform they use updates every two days and never gives a tracking number for the secondary shipper. In my case it is USPS. I have no idea where my package is and they do not care to respond to my inquiries

Do not buy!!!

Ordered a Gen Fit online and it became faulty after about a week (it stopped charging) so I was sent a replacement which has turned out to be even worse. When it first arrived, it would sometimes not stop heating when I released the switch and, after about a week or two, it stopped recharging fully. After another few days, it started to heat by itself even when I was nowhere near it and has left what look like burn marks on the leather top of my desk. I wrote to Customer Services about this a week ago but have not received a reply.

PS Don't bother putting a low rated review on their website ~ I did so and they didn't publish it.

Worst customer service EVER

Worst customer service ever. Like seriously. Even worse than cable and cell phone companies! The customer service is pretty much non-existent. I did get one email after complaining several times but it was useless. Took me a month to get my order and then the Mod 200 came WITHOUT BATTERIES! Too bad to because I love their product, works great and lasts forever but this experience REALLY sucked. Go to a brick and mortar store if you want to get their products

Absolute scam of a company

Absolute scam of a company. Placed an order over a month ago and have still not received my order. The tracking number I was given was to someone’s home covid test order. Customer service doesn’t exist. Had to report as fraudulent charges.

Fraud store

Ordered a month ago, shipping supposed to take 15-20 days. When I asked 25 days after ordering -where is my product? They cancelled it because my card is "suspicious for fraud reasons". And now im not even getting my money back. So who the fu©k is the fraud here?

Company is a joke

Ordered a pod system as a gift for a friend. Trying to get a tracking number from them turned into 16 messages where they repeatedly asked me for order info - i.e. I would provide the info several times, only for them to ask again. When I kindly informed them that they needed to get their sh@# together, the reply was: "Hi,

You should have ordered from another shop.

Thank you."

VAPE JUNCTION Ruimsig

This business should not even get a star the Customer service is terrible. I went to the Vape junction Ruimsig in February 2023 to by a vape . I wanted to buy a vape the is small and not big and bulky went I selected the juice that is needed to use to be able to Vape I selected no nicotine or 3mg and the guy in the store told me i can only use 0 Nicotine or 3mg juice in the Vaporesso , Gen PT60 so I bought it. The Gen PT60 coil just didn't work properly i kept on sucking up the vape juice. I then went back to the shop a few time then left the vape with him he had the same problem then changed the coil it worked for a week . A few weeks later I went back to buy coils and the didn't have till to day the 9th July 2023. Why sell be something and you don't have coils ? and you know there is a problem ? I phoned the store on the 9th July and they told me they should have in few weeks. I don't think this is fare as they took my money in February and i have only been able to use it for one week. I spoke to the own got is telephone number on the internet and he tells me i just buy another vape so they don't have coil i can use the other . I have been waiting for 5 months paid over R800 for the Vaporesso Gem PT60 and he tells me to buy another. I would like my money back. They sold me something I can't use . I have been very patient .

VAPORESSO IS DEAD TO ME

Placed a preorder. Almost a month later, I had to email them for an update. All of a sudden I get an email saying "shipped" with tracking number. This number does not work on their website. So I contact again. They say the order was sent back to them and they had to reship. A few weeks later, I get an email saying my order was canceled with no reason whatsoever. This company is shady as hell. Charges you fast as crap then plays games when it comes time to fork up the product. Vaporesso is dead to me. Do not buy from them. You will not see your shipment

SUCKY CUSTOMER SERVICE have had a vaporesso and have used…

I have had a vaporesso and have used pods for 3 years now. I thought it was a fantastic piece of equipment. However, the pods leak. I'm using the correct pods and every single one of them Leak.
As far as customer service goes, you have to jump through so many hoops to talk to a real person. As it stands now, the computers won't let you ask for what you need.

My package was lost in the mail

My package was lost in the mail. Not Vaporesso’s fault, but they have been absolutely no help finding it. 29 days since I ordered, and still haven’t received my coils. Worst costumer support I have ever experienced.
