Regular delivery updates

It would definitely be nice to know the status of the order before it's delivered so I can know the day and arrange my schedule so I'm home. Yes I do get a call before delivery but it's only 30 min before, so at time that might not be enough time.

Crappy Shipping

Since November of 2022 you have not shipped to my primary address in Alabama, but your splash message states that it will be happening soon. My definition of "soon" is quite a bit different than yours.

I love ordering through your company…

I love ordering through your company however I really don't understand why when it says FREE next to "Signature Needed" it still charges me for the signature fee?? I asked once and was pretty much ripped in to by the person that answered. I'd just like to understand. If it's not FREE then take that off the signature box.. if it's free then make it free! It may not seem like much but since I order about $100 every time that $5.99 does make a difference. Thanks.

Your e-cigarettes work great

Your e-cigarettes work great and I will continue to purchase them. My one issue is the shipping costs, and separate fee for signature. I order from Theoreon for the cartridges and I am not charged this separate fee. It seems a bit of a scam considering other companies don't apply this fee.
