Ok so I ordered and expected to get next day delivery as was early in the morning. I received no emails or updates or tracking details so I contacted them via email. I didn’t get a reply but today my order went to completed a day after but it is free and Royal Mail now have my parcel SO. I’ll update once product has come not the best ordering experience and a non existent customer service

Very pleased with my piece of kit. Its a great upgrade from the Arizer Tower. Nothing better than sitting getting stupidly wrecked at the end of the day, and this really does the trick 🙃

There was a bit of a mix-up with the postage but Vaporizers Direct (Jessica) really went above and beyond with making things right and turning things around (so much so I have made an account with Trust Pilot to review them).

I will absolutely shop with them again in the future if possible.

My Arizer 3 vape arrived quickly but was not working properly because one of the unlocking buttons has a fault. Vaporizer direct have not replied to my messages enquiring about their return policy.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Item was the right price, was shipped same day and arrived the next.

I wrote a terrible review saying they hadn't sent me an email when I had a problem but due to the nature of the products they sell it went into my spam folder. I'm now dealing with Jessica who hopefully will get a new smoking tube as the arizera had double had sent 2 tubes the same.

I missed the 2pm cutoff for next day delivery (only by about half an hour) but still got next day delivery. No issues whatsoever, item was perfect and arrived quickly.

Great price, cashback through topcashback is a plus, and they delivered within a few days. Can't ask for much else.

There was only one thing the free air tight pot didn’t have a lid, apart from that I’m 100% happy with the vaporiser

No downside!

I was a little worried after the order as I placed it on the Monday night so expected it to arrive Wednesday, due to their next day delivery promise. Wednesday came and I hadn’t received a confirmation of postage so I emailed to ask if it had been sent. I didn’t receive a response to this email but on Thursday I did recieve an email to state it was on the way. It arrived on Friday and everything as expected, well packaged and a good product.
