Customer service

Your product is good but your service somewhat lacking. When I last tried to order screens they were out of stock. I was told that I would be notified when back in stock. That did not happen. I was given the option of ordering a new vaporizer at reduced cost because screens were out of stock. I though it was a come on. Just sayin’!

Very helpful interaction

Very helpful interaction. Friendly, curious and attentive. Took care of the problems I was having on sign-in and took care of my order. Also she discovered some earned credits and applied them to my purchase. If I were to visit again, it would be because of the service she gave me.

Paid extra money for rush processing…

Paid extra money for rush processing and over night shipping doubling the amount of my bill on the order I placed on Thursday here it is Monday late afternoon and it still hasn't been sent out I'm about to just cancel the order and go somewhere else

Since we do not operate on weekends and the order was not placed within the time period to have it shipped on Friday, it will not be going out until today, Monday 3/11, with the delivery scheduled for tomorrow.

NO RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS ABOUT PRODUCTS

I got charged sales tax on an item as an FL resident and the item ships 3 days later from CA?

By law we are required to charge sales tax in any state that we operate in, in this case since we have a warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida you were charged sales tax on your order. Most of the time, we ship out orders going to Florida from that particular warehouse to make sure they arrive as quickly as possible.

However, in this case we were unable to do so due to this particular item being out of stock there which is why it was shipped from our California warehouse instead.
