The 100ml of e liquid was a good price on sale. The geek bars were a good price, 3 for £10. But they are expired and the expiration date is blacked out with a felt tip marker which is a bit dodgy. They're ok tho. It can be labeled as expired and that's why they're on sale. Instead of blacking out the exp date. The shipping was very fast, a day or two.

Still yet to receive my purchase nearly a week later after paying for 2-4 day signed and already having my money taken out of the account

I have ordered a few times and each time it has taken over 10 days to receive the order despite paying for 1st class delivery. I ordered 3 weeks ago and received 8 packs of refill cartridges. On using the 1st pack they all leaked and the liquid was dark in colour and I ended up throwing away that pack and the next. On opening the 3rd pack I noticed that they were out of date by a year! I emailed them and asked to send them back for a refund. They asked for a picture of the date label which I sent straight away but I have had no further response despite emailing 3 times. Really awful customer service and it’s disgusting that they are selling out of date products and then won’t correspond to try and solve the problem. Avoid avoid avoid!

The vape was out of date by two years also the box said do not sale outside USA.

I placed my order at 5th of march
I got the order confirmation and after that nothing
I send a email at 9th of march and until now 12th march i got no answer
So untill now 1 star
Two day after i send a second email i got an answer with apologises
The package was lost by the RoyalMail
I get an replacement
One day later i got an email that the package was sent wit a track and trace
Now waiting for delivery in the Netherlands

I have received my order but it was incomplete
I orderd two bottles of 100ml but I received only one
Probably it was sold out but the told me nothing
I have send them now 3 email to come with a solution but they are not answering me
I now have sent them my fifth email and after a week again no answer
What an awfull shop is this, i wil never never buy here again

I have placed an order 2 weeks ago, still have not received a confirmation of shipping or tracking, i have sent more than 4 emails asking for status updates with no reply.

I ordered on a Thursday and paid for special next day delivery. It is now 5 Days later on Tuesday and my order still hasn't arrived. I have emailed customer services and have not even had a reply. So very disappointed with their service. I understand Covid has affected time scales however I have not even been offered an explanation. If I had been offered an explanation I would have been more patient therefore I have requested a refund. But guess what? No reply

A great website. Delivery is very quick. I've ordered from here a lot and only once have I had a problem. I contacted customer support and with 3 days, problem was sorted.

Ordering was easy and the shipping to Bermuda arrived in a much shorter time than expected. I will definitely be ordering again.

Stay clear simple as that. Shocking service had to email them regarding order (twice I may add) as hadn’t heard anything for 3 day and my items weren’t even in stock in the first place. Would have been nice to have been notified. NEVER AGAIN

No reply to emails, no item dispatched , no refund given by the company, I had to do a CHARGEBACK to get my money back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, A COMPANY RUN BY A BUNCH OF COWBOYS.
