Don’t order from them!

Don’t order from them!
Bad quality, impossible to return online.
I ordered 2 cashmere sweaters. They don’t look at all like the picture and I doubt they have more than 1% cashmere.
I went online to try to return them but their link does not work.
I sent them an email and by the time they got back to me it was sales. They offered to reimburse me the sale price. I replied that it was not correct and that I should get 100% reimbursement. No news from them and it’s been one week since my last email. Shameful!
