The trousers were far too long

The trousers were far too long. Not 32 inches as stated, much longer. I'm 5 foot 9 and normally 32 inches is perfect.

Wow 😳

Wow 🥺
I tried to enquire about sandals and wanted to check the width
Told the length of the shoe was 23cm and the a width was 23 cm 🙄
I asked a further 5 times explaining that could in no way be correct as if that was the case that would be a Square !
Kiki was adamant and started telling me i was being difficult !!!! Over and over again -i asked i explained i was ignored ! …then the width even went up to 23.5 cm - so the width was now bigger than the length !😳
So by now i was obviously exasperated i said i needed the width to be up to 10cm and gave shoe measurement examples but again Kiki said again the width was 23.5cm !
I asked 5 times to speak to a manager and finally a manager did reply saying guess what the width is 10 cm !!
Nothing more than thanks for helping us do better in future !!
So after weeks of this ridiculously incomprehensible person not even thinking … i have no sandals !
Im so glad to have been of service guys ffs.
So the reply alludes to their correction as if that did not come after weeks and weeks of mails and Me actually correcting them !! Nice try Varley. And unimpressive.
As said zero intelligence in customer service is not a good look ! Ans. Either is a smoke and mirrors game - shameful

Wow is all I can say

Wow is all I can say. My first purchase and first order… excellent service and I absolutely love my first purchase so super soft and quality is fab. Now looking to see what to order next

Poor refund process

Lovely products but the overall online pruchase experience is well below par. My original order didn't arrive and once reordered and then received I returned two items via their portal. Receipt of th items was acknowledged and I received and email to say it would take up to 14 days to assess the return and process a refund. I then received and email confirming a refund would go back onto my card within 5 days. This never happened and I spent over 4 weeks trying to obtain the refund. There is no contact number, all I got was an automated email stating that the refund has been processed.
I can't see how I can use this company again despite how much I like their clothes. I am writing this on behalf of my Wife if you're wondering why the review says Simon!!!

So soft

I have ordered 3 leisure suits from Varley and they are exactly as described.....butter soft fabric. So comfortable and easy to wear and great for comfy travelling or lounging around the house.
So cosy and warm and a great choice of colours.
