We had two air conditioning units installed by Varmac, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Adam was really professional and paid close attention to detail from his first visit right through to completion. He gave us different options for the installation, especially for where to place the outdoor unit that other installers hadn’t even thought of.He did say aesthetics was important to him!
The job was completed in a day, and Adam and his team even worked late to get everything finished properly. Nothing was rushed or done halfway everything was to a high standard. When there was a change in the positioning of one of the indoor units, Adam (and his experienced co-worker - sorry I have forgotten his name ) was flexible and quickly worked around it to suit us.
He also, initially, took the time to explain the different types of units and price options, which was really helpful. Honestly, even before we got the quote, we’d already decided we wanted to go with Adam as he was clearly more knowledgeable and professional than the other tradesmen who had already come over.
Overall, we’re really happy with the installation and would highly recommend Adam and Varmac for any air conditioning/heat pump work. We can't wait till next summer.

Varmac installed some AC units for us when we had a loft conversion done. They were very professional - turning up at agreed times, explaining the process fully and installing the system with the minimum of fuss. I would recommend them to anybody.

Adam is definitely someone you need to add to your shortlist of people to meet when you consider air conditioning installation. He's thorough, has clever solutions to avoid unnecessary pipework and costs. Everything is agreed in detail on forehand. When he and his team arrive on the day of installation everyone knows what they are doing. The job of 4 units was done within a day - impressive. Incredible kind team, respect for each other, me and my home. Definitely recommend.

Having had two ACs installed at our house by Varmac Ltd over a period less than twelve months, I'm proud and honoured to be able to leave this review, especially for Adam, the director of the company. Varmac Ltd is an exceptionally customer oriented company. Our experience with them from quotation to installation ranks right up there as
one of the best customer care experience my wife and I have had with any company in the UK. They managed our AC installation with utmost care and attention to detail. It was as if they were doing the installation in their own homes. Adam is one of the kindest, caring and helpful tradesmen I've ever come across. His main focus is to satisfy and exceed the needs of the customer. This is a company that delivers installation literally to perfection. Our loft room and home office AC installations were not straight forward due to access limitations, inspite of this, the finished job done by the engineers (George and Lali) was impeccable!!
