Very inconvenient. You have to wait for a translation many times you don’t know if it works. If it’s connected it’s just don’t work. I am very unhappy with the product.

Hello Adam.
At the beginning let me say that Vasco Translator E1 requires being connected to the phone app with access to the Internet. We do not indicate anywhere that our earbuds work offline.
When you translate sounds indicate the beginning and the end of the voice capturing phase. After you hear the sound on your earbud the translation goes automatically to the phone and/or to another earbud in the conversation. That should take less than a second but may depend on your Internet connection.
Please also note, that you have two modes - touchless translation and push-to-talk translation. We suggest using push-to-talk if you are outside with a lot of background noises because the device may capture some of those.
