Late buses and trains, rude bus drivers and expensive prices for monthly and daily tickets , you should avoid using this company.the schedule is never right.

Tickets are overpriced and can only be purchased by a (Swedish) credit card (including the mobile app) - no debit card or cash payment is possible in the bus. There are no vending machines at the bus/tram stops. How poor is that

the app is bad and doesnt give info if the buss is late or early, where it currently is or any traffic info about why it’s late. The buss and train is always late. Ticket control staff that goes around acting like police is not helpful and treat customers poorly.

This business is so bogus. I had a valid ticket but unfortunately ran out of data during my trip and ended up getting a ticket. I call this unfair!
Went to the offices to try get it sorted out but they didnt even care and wouldnt even listen. I dont care if this is part of the terms and conditions, it is non sense and the Vastraffik staff should atleast be able to give travelers access to to the web for situations like this!

Most horrible and rude staff ever, unbelievable. I choose to drive instead of taking the bus because of their staff's disgusting attitude and behaviour!
Insane how they can succeed in hiring so many incompetent and rude people.

Smelly, dirty busses with no good air conditioning inside. How hard could it be to regulate fresh air inside? What do you get all the money for? To expose us to others morning breath being circulated inside a closed environment??

An absolute failure, given the ridiculous increase in ticket price every year.

The driver on bus 111 from Halden to Strömstad was extremely unhelpful. The bus was equipped with borderless entry/exit but it was blocked with a yellow ribbon that is supposed to look like a protection from Covid. However, passengers with babies in buggies were left helpless, with no assistance from the driver and a bunch of steps to climb. I fail to imagine a person with moving disability trying to get in.
Also, the driver did tell off the passengers with bicycles for taking them. (He did let the passengers stick those in the baggage compartment after all, although gave them just one minute to dismantle them)

Extremely poor managed company. Never in time with the most unpleasant bus drivers in the world. None of the apps ever work and on top of that it is insanely expensive.

You are better of driving to work, even if you are going alone.

over priced for a service that’s pretty much s**t. rarely on time, controllers usually come in duchebags. They don’t listen they just want an opportunity to give a ticket . They gave me a ticket for having a ticket that was bought on board which is supposedly okay (you can’t pay cash or with card) but a minute or so later than departure. which is just a reasonable time for purchasing it on the app. adressed this issue to the company but nope i still i have to pay ??? and i conclude that they are capitalistic financial driven morons who only care about sucking peoples money. Busses tram uncomfortable many times nasty, always late, they’ve designed absurdly long routes, very limited in certain places, busstops placed badly (and i’m not making up s**t i’ve studied urban planning ). It’s an inefficient time consuming way to travel for a price it really doesn’t deserve. If you are looking for a reason that will convince you to not travel collectively, you have västtrafik. I’d much rather pay more and take an uber that will get me where i want on time !

Extremely expensive - especially for students. Who doesn’t live in the area of goteborg pays so much for trains in terrible times and in old conditions. Slow and always late, there is always a problem , everyday.
