I've been using Verico to submit our French VAT for over a year now and have always been happy with their service. They have always been friendly, helpful and prompt in responding to any of my queries.

Good service with registering for a French VAT number and with submitting French VAT returns for the past two years; I have no complaints and I would recommend them. Unfortunately they don't offer tiered pricing so for me (with very low turnover in France) the renewal offer price was too expensive and I've very recently had to switch to a lower cost provider. But I would certainly recommend them if your turnover justifies the cost.

update: 2/5/2023: I did get my refund. The "fight" I was referring to is that they said they had no way to refund me without my banking information, even though I paid with a credit card. I found this to be baffling and unprofessional. I wasn't going to bring this up, but since they did in their response, there it is. I still think that any company that is going to be out of the office with no communication to it's customers, yet will still take their money is deserving of low review for poor communication, alone.
Update (1/3/2023): on Jan 3rd, I finally got an email response, but they are now asking for banking information in order for me to get my money back, even though I paid with a Credit Card. We will see how this goes, and will update here when resolved.
Over a week since I paid them for their EORI service. Aside from the initial email confirming my registration on their site, i havent received any further communication from them. I've written on their website, sent them emails on 2 different email addresses i have for them, and I've even left a voicemail at the number on their site. No messages back and no phone calls back. Im now figting to get my money back. Either this place was once legit and now they're out of business or...

Great experience with VAT Digital

As a US based seller I needed help getting my VAT and tax responsibilities sorted out. I'm a tiny company, but never felt like VAT wasn't giving me the time and attention I needed. Also found their rates reasonable. Overall they proved to be professional and patient. Recommended.

We are a small business with a relatively small number of EU IOSS sales. We use VATdigital to process our EU IOSS returns. They are efficient and responsive, and we have renewed our contract with them for another year.

VATdigital was able to fix our VAT issues in a matter of weeks, after we had been struggling to get our issues sorted for month after frustrating month. If you need a VAT and don't have the resources and wherewithall to navigate these complex applications, this is a no brainer. Exellent value and wonderful service.
