The bag is great well made
The bag is great well made, rich colour although I haven't used it yet I did try it out, and to be honest the vacuum doesn't work as well as you would think and certainly not as appears in the advert unless im doing it wrong. So a little disappointed.

My only small gripe was that I was going to order a travel pillow and didn’t realise that the site timed out, while I asking my wife if she wanted one. I then tried to order and it was charging me more money. As for the product really pleased.

Well made under-seat sized backpack
This backpack bag is well made of good quality materials. The compression section works well and is airtight. Delivery was quick and on time. The bag has many different sections, pockets and dividers, so much so that it’s a bit confusing. I’d have liked a guide, on line or printed, that gave a suggestion of what to pack where. Thankfully there was a user doc for the included suction device and the TSA lock, but that could easily have a page or two describing the bag’s sections and suggesting what goes where. All in all though I’m very satisfied and looking forward to using it on my next budget flight. The baggage fee guarantee is a nice perk and shows confidence in the bags design and size.

Extremely disappointing - I massively regret buying this bag
I am extremely disappointed with the VAULTBAG® Original Under Seat 40L. The delivery took far too long, and when the bag finally arrived, I was shocked by how heavy and rigid it was.
I bought this specifically expecting a practical, lightweight under-seat travel bag that would be easy to carry. Unfortunately, it is the complete opposite. The material is extremely hard and the bag itself is far too heavy for what I expected from a travel bag of this type. Once you add your belongings, I can only imagine how uncomfortable it would be to carry.
The numerous pockets might sound like a great feature, but in reality many of them are awkward and difficult to access, making the bag much less practical than advertised.
I was away when the bag arrived, so by the time I returned, it was too late to send it back. Had I received it in time, I would have returned it immediately.
I honestly feel that I wasted my money on this purchase. The bag is heavy, rigid, awkward to use and completely failed to meet my expectations. I massively regret buying it and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a lightweight, practical under-seat travel bag.

Very impressed with the quality and finish of the bag. I bought 2 of the 40L bags and really appreciate the little details that have been put in to it. Fantastic bag and digital scales
Great bag. Ordered 5th Aug, arrived 2 weeks later as it was despatched from The USA. Well worth the wait. Ordered the digital scales. The first one was faulty however, customer services were very quick to despatch a replacement which I arrived in time for my my trip away. Used the bag and scales and it is absolutely perfect. The vacuum compartment was fantastic and stored so many clothes, managing to maximise my checked-in baggage allowance (20kg) on Ryanair. Ryanair are not happy, but I am very happy as it potentially saved me so much money!

Customer service was great bag is even better
Customer service was great, the bag is exactly as advertised, I'm thrilled.
I was likened to a year 7 on their first day of school because Im small and it was ram packed for a week in London for work, but I dont care about being fashionable, it was functional so I was so happy I've never only taken 1 bag with me before and it fit my behemoth of a work laptop in as well, so it's a solid win!!

Excellent customer service
Apart from loving the bag itself, when I needed to contact them about not being able to open the main zip compartment, I had excellent customer service! I literally had a reply within 5 minutes of emailing them and it was an actual person. I was sent tips and even a video guide for this. It worked, within minutes, I could unzip the main compartment with no issues! 5 stars!

truly a great bag…
this is truly a great bag and it does work for ryan air (40L) just dont fill it all the way up, be a little conservative! i cant fault the vault bag service, communication was excellent, especially when royal mail lost my first order days before my trip, the team at vault bag resent replacements fast, and your not emailing with AI bots, real people......
my bag has already been through off roading and boat trips, love the pockets and storage, and its easy to clean.
my only minor grumble is the combination lock and trying to change the code, a little demo video on the website would be a great addition.
