The product is amazing and customer care were helpful. It did arrive without instructions which was disappointing but customer care provided information. Delivery was longer than I expected so suggest you allow a 10 days (they come from the US)! Love the usb charger is the side I can charge my phone with a battery really easily.

Great product. A but pricey I suppose but so far it seems to be worth it. Feels well made and sturdy as well as comfortable. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Super fast responses and easy to swap or get a refund (I ended up changing size twice -don't ask- that's how I know)

Great Customer Services
I received my Vault bag yesterday. Being of an age when certain technical issues seem confusing…I have to say the Customer Services response was amazing. Immediate reply to my query, and gave me step by step help with the zip issue ( it can be quite difficult to open the first time in the vacuum area so persevere with that ) and then of course the vacuum pump itself ! It works brilliantly ! And I was confused by the phone charging lead which is there to be used with your own independent charging pack. The bag does not have its own charging facility….just the lead.
So 10/10 for the very patient customer services operator.
I would recommend that a booklet explaining the way everything works with pictures ! Would be of benefit.
Anyway…..ready for the off now !!
