Great product for what it is used for.

I truly enjoy my Vaultek Safe It works well. There’s a couple things. I didn’t like. It doesn’t do well with full-size guns with full-size magazines. It’s great for compact concealed carry. But I wish I had the bigger case so that I could fit my guns in there loaded. It would not close either with the full-size mags in the mag holders.I do pull the tray out and set it on my nightstand at night. I enjoy that feature with all three handguns, right there and the magazines

The customer service makes a purchase from this company worth every penny. Don't be fooled by cheap imitators. Vaultek stands behind its product. I had a minor issue with my safe, and they resolved it promptly.

This is my first vaulteke product, the Lifepod XRC. The construction is rugged and durable. There are so many ways to configure the interior to your liking. The fingerprint scanner and keypad works flawlessly securing your firearms. I will be purchasing more products in the future.

The customer service was great and the quality of the case I bought was perfect. Both my AK and My AR fit seamlessly and on top of that setting up the extra valcro board was simple and strait forward as well and the straps that hold them down. When I take the case to the range there is no movement on the inside because it's held down nice and tight. The Finger print scanner makes getting into my case super fast and easy and the key is also helpful just in case.

Overall, this safe is an impressive addition to my nightstand. It is sturdy, well-built, and clearly made from quality materials. However, when fully loaded and the drawer is extended, it has a tendency to tip forward. The solution is the mounting plate (sold separately, naturally). I did purchase said plate, but chose not to install it since it requires drilling into the furniture, something my spouse and I have differing opinions on.

As for the wireless charger, great in concept, underwhelming in execution. Charging speeds are leisurely at best, and the lack of MagSafe compatibility feels like a missed opportunity in 2025. Still, aside from those quirks, it’s a solid and reliable safe that earns its keep. Just don’t expect it to double as a fast-charging station.

It is a wonderful product that was easy to order, set up and use. The love it.

Safe is made well with solid construction. After using for a month or so I can tell you that if it is truly an emergency you should use the number pad instead of the fingerprint sensor. Doesn't ever seem to open on the first try, especially if you are in a hurry.
