Don't buy anything from them. They are fraud!

I wish i could give less than one star. Everything every bad review in here says is true - wish I had checked Truspilot before ordering. Don't waste your money.

These are crooks. I placed my order since December and until now I still don't have my order. When I emailed them they said item is back ordered. I then asked for a refund and I provided them with the transaction # they asked for and when I followed up they continued to ask for the transaction #. That was in March. I can't believe how they take people's money and run with it. Thieves!

I received my jacket after almost 2 months! The quality was very poor, so I returned it according to their specifications. When I enquired about my refund, once they had received the product back, they asked for a transaction ID that I'd never been sent and which wasn't required in order for me to send the product back to them. Now they have both the product and my money and refuse to refund my money! Plus, their website has been closed down, so I can't go to my account and retrieve this so called transaction ID number. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I never received the items I ordered over 4 months ago. The partial order I did receive was supposed to be wool blends. Not only is there no wool at all they aren’t the items I ordered. For fear of returning them and losing money I kept them. They did keep my money for the other items they never shipped. They keep asking me to send order numbers of which they have, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I ordered a coat from a gorgeous photo advertised on Pinterest as wool, lined, designer that was "discounted" from $140 to $36. It arrived and the coat is unlined, very obviously a cheap imitation of the wool coat, and is made of FLEECE! When I went back to the look for the Vavaspace site, it had disappeared. When I went to look for the email for the order, it was also gone, nor could I find any kind of order confirmation among my emails. This is TOTAL SCAM, came from China, made from inferior materials and is a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

SCAM - BAIT and SWITCH -Terrible experience. I received a cheap printed polyester version of the sweater I ordered. The customer service said they would mail me a refund of $10 (for the $38 plus shipping I paid) because returns are too costly. It has been 4 months and I still haven't received it. Every time I write to customer service, they say they need some other piece of information, and that it is on the way.

Terrible, total bait and switch. Polyester trash clothing. Their return policy is bogus, I tried to return two item because they are pure polyester (were listed as cotton/linen blend) and they had "Jeremy" with no last name with some random LA address for the return address. Complete SCAM!!!! I am out $75 and stuck with polyester trash clothes. Refused to refund me. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!

Horrible experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It took months for me to get my order and it looked nothing like the picture on the site. Scam SCAM SCAM. I did everything they told me to do to get my refund but still haven't been refunded. I sent the items back in early January and they STILL have a million excuses as to why I don't have my refund. They are now asking me for a transaction I'd or payment I'd that I dint have because I didn't use paypal The company never issued me an ID. I'm furious they are the worst. I've never experienced this before.

MINUS 5 STAR!!! Actually I would like to give this MINUS 5 star! I received a shoddy replica of a top that did not fit properly. I have jumped through hoops since November trying to get the refund as promised. I have photocopied delivery receipts and e-mails. They even told me at one point that my refund was being held up because of the Chinese New Year Celebrations. Now the paper work is lost. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY!!!

I have not received my items and it's been 4 months. What a joke

The store was incredibly easy to navigate and their range and selection was massive and diverse, this is the only site where I can buy these kinds of products and know that I'm not getting duped or buying fake products. The order process was quick and easy as well and with their rewards systems and daily prizes I saved $25 on my order! :)

I've just reported all the 'excellent' reviews on here as FAKE to TrustPilot and I'm now having to pursue a refund via the PayPal refund dispute process. This company is awful. AVOID. I ordered a dress and a coat (total $75) ... the worst quality dress eventually arrived, the coat never arrived ... it's over a month later and no refund in sight despite a number of follow ups. The responses have all been along these lines:

Worst experience ever

Can I give less than 1 star for VaVa Space?
I've been trying to receive a $81 refund since December 2018.
Item sizing was way too small.
The quality of the items is really poor.

My emails to customer service are this:
It didn't take very long for VaVa Space to take my money.
It should be just as quick to return it.
I very quickly returned the 2 items like you requested.
I never even received the 3rd item.
I am dubious about your sincerity.

Their emails are always this:
Dear Customer,
Really sorry for hearing that but surely we will help you solve the problem.
We fully understand the situation, and we admit it's our mistake, please accept our sincere apology to you.
We promise that you will receive your refund, and I will be here all the time to follow up your refund till you receive it.
Would you please just wait for a few days?
And we will mark your refund as urgent, our financial department will process your refund in first priority.
Thanks for your patience in advance.

This company needs to be stopped they are nothing but fraud.

Total sham - do not throw away your money.

What a joke. Ordered a jacket to be told it would need to be made and it could take some time. 2 months later I requested a refund, 3 months later no refund, lots of excuses and “have a wonderful day” s.

Infuriating. Seeking paypal claim for refund.

Looks like quality is crap anyway - do not order a thing, you will surely regret.

The product I ordered in Oct. didn't arrive until AFTER Christmas. I could have dealt with it being late if it wasn't SO UGLY!!! It looks nothing like the image they show on-line.
Took totally too long and wrong!
My multiple attempts to contact customer service left me with a bunch of no-answers and finally 1 resolution:. Keep the item and they will give me an $11 credit to use on another item. I paid $40 for this jacket and I can not even wear it!

Oh my gosh HORRIBLE! ....I ordered 3 jackets.....here's the description of one of them
"Retro Ethnic Fashion Slim Embroidery Long Sleeve Cardigan"....the other two have very similar descriptions. Which is why I bought all 3. I like this style of "cardigan/jacket"....but what I got was not a cardigan and not embroidered AT ALL...not even close on any of them. They are bright polyester pieces of fabric with sleeves. lol I probably would have gotten super mad had I not figured in advance these were going to be chinese garbage. It was worth a shot for the price but I threw two of them in the trash and using the 3rd for an art smock. It's long, hooks around the neck and will keep paints off my clothes so there's a use for that one. The other two the sleeves are pencil skinny so you can't even make a cover up of some sort out of them. It took about 3 months to receive one of them and 4 months for the other two...they all came in separate shipments from China and all are equally junkie. I of course won't buy anything else from here and would give it negative 5 stars if I could. Unfortunate we have to learn these lessons on buying direct from China.....results are always the same1

I’ve been waiting for nearly 3 months for a coat. They keep saying “wait fa little bit more demand is high”. It does not take 3 months to make a coat.

I also would put no star if I could. This website is scam, fraud, all like it's said. I ordered 2 winter coats, and what I recieve weren't winter coats at all. I recieved some clown suit that no one can wear. Nothing is like it seems in the pictures, the items in the pictures are not the ones that are shiped. I think they are sending some cheap replicas. And now, they don't want to refund my money.
