Better than Huel Daily Greens
Received a free sample from Verve a couple of weeks ago. Used to use Huel Daily Greens. Not only does this product have a more complete nutritional profile. The taste is also better than Huel. Arrived quickly, and the free shaker and tin are really good quality. Definitely recommend

My gut is loving it.
It hasn't been a week since I started taking Verve V80, and I can already tell the difference.
I had a few gut-related issues even though I was eating really healthy. Nothing seemed to work, and I was already pretty disappointed.
When I started taking the greens, I had big hopes, and it paid off. I can really feel my gut healing in the best way possible.
I really like the taste. I usually put less water in because I like the strong flavor. It smells and tastes nice. I also add a tsp of honey whenever I fancy it.

Fantastic product that could benefit from a few refinements.
The core product is fantastic. I am a huge skeptic of greens powders and anything from this industry. However, as a bit of a hail Mary given crippling migraines I've experienced for two years that had killed off any exercise whatsoever. I decided I would try a greens powder after all MRIs, doctors inquiries and so on came back inconclusive.
After thorough research I found that my suspicions were largely confirmed, that the industry is largely full of snake oil bar one, Verve. The open source formula provided a measure of reassurance versus all competitors and after review of the scientific literature, Verve seemed to be the only product on the market that actually attempted to use clinically significant dosages of the components in the powder.
I tried the first month trial and after a week I felt no different. After two I felt better, but had slept better that week, after a month I realised that for the first time in two years I had not had a migraine over a one month period. Skeptical but willing to continue, I plumped for the second month, once again, no migraine.
Third month I returned to activity for the first time in two years.
The powder has made measurable impacts on more than just the migraines. Baseline blood pressure dropped from a high to a normal range (this was independent of exercise in month two), sleep quality measurably improved, and energy levels boosted. Performance in exercise is also better than pre-migraine me, with lower average heart rates, and increased recovery speed.
I conducted my trials of the powder in a realitively isolated way, gradually introducing things to test.
The improvements that I feel could be made are:
The tin is too small for my hands and with the size of the scoop handle, come the end of the month its a pain to use.
I don't need a new scoop every month.
It's good value, but I feel for loyal customers on subscription there could be a better value proposition offering or loyalty reward.
The marketing strategy of Verve is a bit odd, a load of emails, which is fine as you can turn them off but they're a bit... Odd?
The writing and print on the bottle writing wore away for me very quickly and ended up looking a bit messy. Love the glass though, but I'd definitely see if this could be higher quality, particularly the cap.
I'd be interested to see if they experiment with the formula, not that I have any suggestions, but I'd be interested to see if they try things like cordyceps in clinically significant quantities rather than the token dosages included in rivals. Any formula changes though I would like to see communicated very very clearly.

I started drinking verve in January…
I started drinking verve in January 2024. My body was trying to tell me something and I could not keep blaming menopause and age. The first time I drank it I told my body "here! Take it all! Take what you need!" After only 8 days I noticed my knee was not aching so much, after 10 days I felt I had more go. By the end of month 1 I felt a slight difference in my hair growth. I subscribed as I knew I needed verve. I'm in month 8 now, I need it, my body needs it, my mind needs it. The over list of benefits I have gained from taking this drink is outstanding. Has made a massive difference to my wellbieng
I started taking Verve in January after quite a heavy christmas and a holiday feeling quite lethargic, with some stomach issues and not great skin. After about three weeks I noticed I was slepping better, with better energy - especially in the gym and have not had an stomach issues/bloatedness since (coupled with a change to my diet). 6 months on, Verve is indespensible to me. DSoesnt taste of much and so easy to take. Well worth the subscription in my opinion.

Can't handle the taste
Took advantage of the offer on Instagram and the product seems to be good. Did go through the reviews and read about the taste, but aware that that can differ from person to person. For me the taste didn't work, I felt a bit nauseous after the first dose and tried to add some things like honey to make it taste better but it's too much for me.
So probably won't try it anymore as it's a horrible experience. Believe the product is good, the taste just didn't work for me. Understand it's probably hard to make it taste better/work for everyone but if in the future the taste is less strong I might reconsider.
