Made a 2nd account years later because I forgot my original account. Had all my winnings taken away because you’re not allowed to make a second account apparently. This would be understandable if they gave me my full deposit back. They only gave me half of the 150$ deposit and now won’t respond. Stay away from this website

Please if you read this dont play at this casino deposit is instant. But oh my god if you want to withdraw your money they dont pay out. Contacting the customer service will give you constantly the same answers of it is under review of finance department. Usually at other crypto gambling sites the crypto withdrawal is instant or paid out in 2 hours. This casino looks like a big scam as there are not many players on this casino also.
I will update this review if I get paid out.It is almost 2 days now and I did not get my crypto withdrawal yet.

Honest and reliable
I have used various crypto casinos.
Some are dodgy and talk the talk, but them reference sneaky bits of terms and conditions to withhold your winnings.
Vave however have proven to me to be very fair and honest.
I have not had issues with any withdrawal being held - at most taking about an hour - but I rest assured my fairly won bets will be paid to me without hesitation.
Customer support are all very helpful, available instantly at any time, and are very happy to offer spins and bonuses from time to time with a real chance to win good money.
The rewards on this site are above average - not the best but still the place I choose to play my slots because if you win I can trust my funds are delivered to my account.
I dont experience any lag, and any suggestion from players in some reviews that the RTP is adjusted - this is not accurate. Some games have been punishing at times but thats gambling!

Everything was fine untill i wrote to the support chat with the request of closing my account for a week, in other words i wanted a self exclusion. What they did was just funny, they closed my account permanently, i didnt knew that yet. So i wrote a email asking if i can get a confirmation on my self exclusion period, and they said that i cannot reopen my account which i didnt even mention. Stay away from that site, their customer service is just not existing.

Deposit went through fine, gameplay was fine, but of course, when it comes to the withdrawal stage, they love taking their sweet time. Crypto withdrawals should be processed instantly or within minutes, but my withdrawal request has now been pending for hours. Contacted customer support and received the same old generic "your withdrawal is under review by our finance team". Disappointing.
UPDATE: After around 32 hours, they finally approved and processed my withdrawal. I still think this is far too long for a casino to pay out winnings. There are so many other crypto casino sites that pay out winnings instantly, so I'd still recommend checking some of those out instead of playing on this site.

A deposit i made was not received.
I tried to explain that of the 2 deposits i made at the same time has the same transaction hash. And needs to be manually reviewed. I can litteralt see my deposit in their wallet on the chain.
