Greedy Company

Terrible experience. Purchased a few vaping devices while they were at a cheap price and they cancelled my order stating it was a technical issue and then said I could buy again but they put the price up sky high and even added extra postage costs so I refused to buy off these greedy people. This mob are as shifty as they come n wouldn't waste my time on em.

Shipping.. Awful

Shipping... It's terrible. The selection of products is great, prices are good but shipping is terrible. If shipping were free, 25 days would be acceptable but when you have to pay there's a LOT of room for improvement. My item was in 'shipped' status after only 1 day. Then it sat at a 'transit stop' for 15 dsys. Then it said collected by carrier and sst in that state for snother 6 days. Then there wss nothing in ststus. Still waiting after 27 days. Get better couriers and it will be 5 stars.

Needs improvement

Wouldn’t recommend, customer support was trying to be helpful but to no avail, the whole time didn’t have any tracking just promises of delivery, I did receive it after 2 months, in general poor experience, maybe in the future I will give them another chance

Ordered on September 12th, package was stuck at company for a week, then stuck at a warehouse for 14 days, but eventually arrived October 13th.
With such slow handling I could have purchased it directly (and cheaper) from China instead of having Vawoo dropshipping it to me.

I ordered on September 13

I ordered on September 13, 2023 (Order #3200963). The seller claimed it was shipped on September 19, but almost a month later my parcel is still marked as “ready for shipment” and has not left the Netherlands. Customer support keeps giving excuses about customs and holidays, but provides no real updates. I am requesting a full refund. Extremely poor communication and unreliable service. I will never order from Vawoo again.

I ordered on the 19th of September

I ordered on the 19th of September, I haven’t gotten any emails about the package and turns out it wasn’t shipped since then, mind you they have been sending me emails like your order has been processed, it has been confirmed and the last one said that it was shipped. From there nothing! I had to personally send them an email and I saw nothing meaningful in the email! The website says that it is UK based and surprise surprise it’s from Netherlands! I haven’t received my package! I am never ordering from you people again!
