Kaye helped us book our dream honeymoon to Ambre Mauritius. Kaye organised us to stay at the Sofitel Hotel at London Gatwick, so it was a smooth transition for us to get to the airport. Our room was upgraded complimentary because we were on our honeymoon. Kaye kindly arranged for us to have champagne and chocolate on our flight to our holiday destination, which was a lovely surprise. We received a lovely personal touch of all the bits and bobs we needed in the post too. We had an amazing honeymoon in a beautiful paradise island. All of our holidays are booked through Kaye. She makes it stress free and easy! Don’t wait, book your holiday with Kaye!

I booked a superb experience to Paris for myself and my daughter with Kaye and I have to say the end to end experience was truly exceptional. This was my first time booking through an independent travel agent, so was not sure what to expect. I sent Kaye the holiday we wanted on the TUi website, and that was it she managed to get the same holiday cheaper. Kaye was very helpful friendly and confident doing this was me, I had to change a few things like add private taxi for transfer and Kaye sorted this very quickly. I will always use Kaye with our holidays from now on! 100% recommend Kaye to book your holiday/trips. Thank you again!

Amazing experience, from start to finish i didn’t need to think about a thing. Kaye was super organised and fast in providing me with quotes.
I gave her the dates, country i wished to travel to, my party size, budget and she done the rest!!!! I was absolutely delighted with the service.
To know that she was ATOL and ABTA protected gave me the reassurance that most big companies couldn’t- it meant that if anything went wrong with flight OR hotel i was covered! Whereas many big companies only cover ATOL which is flights only, potentially leaving me stranded at the other side if anything was wrong at the hotel.
I also had champagne on arrival and a note from Kaye which was a lovely personal touch.
It felt like a very personalised service and have already booked my next trip.

This morning I booked my second holiday through Kaye and was absolutely blown away by the experience. Not only was she friendly, professional, with incredibly knowledgeable, but she also managed to save me £774.12 compared to booking directly with TUI – and here's the kicker: she still booked it through TUI as an independent travel agent!

Kaye is definitely more than just a travel agent. We booked through Kaye to go on a twin center holiday to the Caribbean and she totally took away all the stress and anxiety, she organised internal flights in the UK as well as the International ones, she made sure we had transfers and all the contact details we needed should we require them, and the holiday was a hassle free from start to finish.
