Vaytax handles German VAT for foreign companies, in English. If you sell into Germany from abroad (Amazon FBA, your own online store, or stock in a German warehouse) and need a German VAT registration and ongoing filings, we take care of the whole process: registration with the Finanzamt, monthly and annual VAT returns (Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung and Jahreserklaerung), the EU One-Stop-Shop, and routine Finanzamt correspondence. Every return is prepared and filed in-house by a licensed German Steuerberater (tax advisor). You enter your figures in a simple English-language portal and we review and submit them, so there are no phone calls and no German paperwork to wrestle with. Deadlines are tracked for you. Pricing is fixed and transparent: 79 euros per month if you already hold a German Steuernummer, or 1,199 euros per year all-in, which includes the German VAT registration. No per-transaction fees. Vaytax is operated by FRADECO GmbH, a licensed German tax advisory firm (Steuerberatungsgesellschaft) registered at Amtsgericht Montabaur (HRB 28862) and supervised by the Steuerberaterkammer Rheinland-Pfalz. We serve clients across the UK, US, EU and Asia who need their German VAT handled properly, without the language barrier.

Urgent help

I contacted them regarding an urgent VAT filing issue. They solved my problem very quickly. They handled what my previous accounting company should have taken care of.

They provide fast and clear communication, along with a transparent and user-friendly dashboard that makes managing everything much easier.
A huge thank you!
