9 day notice given on invoice, 30 day cancellation notice required to cxl so they gouge you for another year if you want to cxl, It was difficult to find CXL on website
We use vBoxxCloud and so far everything is working fine, it is a great alternative product to the other big cloud providers.

I switched to vBoxx because of their transparency on privacy and sustainability. I'm really happy with the service, pricing and customer service. vBoxx even offered a private zoom tutorial to help me set the cloud up, and answer my questions. Highly recommend.

Help-full, polite, a perfect cloud service where it's possible to talk (and zoom) with a real person. They even helped setting up the personal branding and everything. A -better then- alternative for Dropbox.
Boxx is my partner in IT/ Cloud solutions. As an entrepeneur data are my main sources. So save data management is crucial. The products and services of vBoxx are great. Their service also. So I really can recommend them for organisations, esp. for small enterprises who would not like to take any riscs with their core business.
I use vBoxx for safe interaction on documents with my clients. It works flawlessly. Ease to set up and to use, intuitive navigation and under water GDPR proof with all loggings and back ups. Personal user support: they make you feel welcome. Little improvement point is the personalization of the look and feel with my company colors and logo’s. This can be done but is not as intuitive as the primary functionality. Would recommend it though.
Very cleaver cloud service. Very attentive support desk. Biggest advantage is that the cloud servers are not under direct control from our big brothers in the USA or Russia like iCloud / Onedrive etc.
