Vbridal 

I ordered a dress from VBridal for my daughter's wedding and not only did they send me the wrong dress, but the one they sent had the hanger loops sewn into the outside of the dress. While I was trying to get a refund or replacement, I re-ordered and paid again for the same originally-ordered dress and they actually did the same thing a second time. I have carefully checked both orders and item numbers with their website and both of the dresses I received were absolutely not what I ordered. I have sent complaints and photographs 6 times and am being completely ignored. Stay away from this place, it is a total scam!!

Perfect! Just perfect! It fits me so well with the measures I told...what a nightmare for me to find a "just above the knees" dress as I'm taller than many women !

The dress came on time and looks nice BUT it is NOT THE DRESS I ORDERED!

The general cut is the same, but the top of the dress looks COMPLETELY DIFFERENT:
- the dress straps:
On the picture the straps were thin and looked elegant. The straps on this dress make it look like a prom dress.
- the lace on the corsage:
On the picture it was a beautiful wide lace. It lay on the breast and looked sexy and elegant. On the dress I got, the lace finishing is thin and looks like lots of strings detached from the dress... Gives the dress a beach dress look... Exactly what I did NOT want!
There were smaller things, like black dirt and detached embroidery, but that was unimportant...

I asked for either a reimbursement or an exchange for the right dress under 10 days (according to German law...). Though I sent pictures of the dress and differences, I was told that I could not return the dress just because I didn't like it. I was only offered a 20% reimbursement!

EDIT: Finally, my complaint on this website was noticed by Vbridal. I was offered either a 70% gift certificate or a 60% reimbursement as a final offer. I accepted the 60% reimbursement.

I've never bought anything on internet, this was my firts time and I have to say it was a very nice experience.
Me and my two friends needed three different dresses but with the same color for our friend's wedding date.
Vbridal has satisfyed our wish..the dress has arrived punctual and it was perfect..the size of the dress was perfect and the color also.
Otherwise, when we wrote to the site for every question, they answer in one day.
They were very professional and I have to thank them because they have realized our and the bride's wish.

I ordered a dress from vbridal.de and I can only recommend the shop to everyone. The dress is beautiful and fits pretty much perfectly (the size is according to my measures). Quality is perfectly fine for the price - in the end you only wear it for one day...

I had some doubts with the second dress I ordered but sending it back was not a problem at all. The customer service is quick to reply and willing to keep you satisfied so they make the necessary compromises.

Definitely a good option for "rational" brides not willing to spend thousands on a wedding dress but still want to look pretty on that day!

I've just received this dress.Arrived amazingly quick.I was kind of afraid of buying this kind of dress on the internet,but after this one I will buy again,for sure!Do not need correct,everything is perfect. Loved my dress! I needed to go to a taylor to get the final ajustment, but all in all - I was satisfied! And no complients about the quality.

I'm very satisfied with the quality of the dresses I ordered. And the fact that the workers at Vbridal do keep up to their word.
I got my order sooner than I expected as well as the customs bill refund.

Dear All, I would like to share my experience with you with Vbridal : I ordered my dress for my wedding, on the 12th January 2015. On the website, it was in white and red, and I wanted it in Green, because the subject of the wedding was "motorbike - ZX10R - Kawasaki" - green, white and black. I asked the customer service by email if it was possible to get it in green, and they replied very fast "Yes". I was happy.

Then, to be sure about the size, I sent all my measurements, and I waited 4 weeks, which it seems normal. and I got my package at home. When I opened it, the package was not very attractive, but when I could see the dress, I was very suprised about the quality and the detail of the embroidery, very beautiful and well done. Then, before the D day of my wedding, I used the iron to get if beautiful, and put it on a "wood model".

When my husband, family and friends could see me with my dress, for the city hall, and the church, they told me I am very beautiful with this dress, they were impressed about the quality of the dress which fit me perfectly, I had a lot of congratulations. They asked me where I found it, and I was really happy to tell that it was done abroad, far away from France, by Vbridal, with a great quality, and in my budget.

Thank you a Lot Vbridal, to contirbute and make this very important event of my life and my husband, our dreaming wedding.

When I received the package I was sadly disappointed. Therefore I contacted their website and they found a solution. Their service has been really good. They are super easy to get in touch with and quick to respond.

They have helped me a lot with my dress. and i'm very happy with the results. they have fulfilled my wishes and i m a happy costumer now.

I just recieved my wedding dress yesterday and i really love it! The dress that i really wanted them to make is exactly the same and it is very good quality for affordable price. The only problem is my shoes, it took a little bit longer to be made, but overall vbridal is the site i surely recomment to my friends and family!

I ordered a dress for my prom, and loved it. It fitted perfectly and the dress was even more beautiful in real life. I feel like a princess!!! I will keep ordering dresses from Vbridal, no doubt! Best staff ever!!!!
