Most likely scammers. They told me I can use my own neteller account with their betfair accounts. But that's not possible. Name on betfair and neteller have to be the same in order to make deposits.

I bought a PayPal account from their…
I bought a PayPal account from their website Yesterday, they sent me my order number. But I am here to receive the PayPal account I ordered for.
I sent them an email yesterday, no response from them till now. Tried to message them on their telegram channel it says "You can only message mutual contact".
Tried their live chat no better response aside "Hi" from their bot.

Buy a product through their website. In the end he didn't have the product and couldn't deliver it to me, I asked for a refund and he made it the next day, thank you.
