Fab gun shop with amazing selection of stock and staff to support you
Had a few items via post from the guys and girls at Vector Air, service was top notch! So decided to get a new rifle and pay them a visit at the same time.
Fantastic service, casual friendly chat and what a selection of new toys on offer, WOW!
Craig was great on my first visit, really helpful and took the time to explain the various functions on the new Zulus that I purchased.
The rifle I wanted was out of stock but it’s a VERY popular rifle.
I spotted another on the website a few weeks later and ordered it for delivery. That was promptly organised by the guys to my satisfaction, then I got a free day. I decided to call in and pick it up, the guys were very understanding and agreed the change of plans… which went astray (my fault) so rescheduled yet again after they had gone to the trouble of getting it ready for me to collect.
I finally got there a few days later to collect. I was not disappointed.
All in all, these guys are great. Happy to share their knowledge and experience and time to make the customer feel at home and happy with their purchase.
I would strongly recommend them, I for one will go there again in future!

At first the on line form wouldn’t accept my postal code so I messaged Vector Air who got back to me within 20 minutes, I tried again and placed my order, the following morning I received a message saying my order was on its way.

Top customer service
Made a online order for delivery and was kept upto date. Delivered by Tina who was really nice. Unfortunately due to my own fault i had ordered a Reximex Lyra and not a Reximex Lyra K which was what I wanted. Emailed the company and explained i had made a mistake and had a quick reply saying they would exchange the Lyra for the Lyra K. So had a little trip to the shop and got it exchanged and had the scope fitted while i was there. Really friendly couple of lads in the shop who really know their stuff. I would highly recommend using Vector Air, lovely people, nice little shop and great customer service - keep up the excellent work guys.
