Avoid This Website – No Refund, No Support, No Accountability
The service experience on this website has been extremely poor, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. After placing a prepaid order for an electronic product worth a considerable amount, the seller cancelled the order without any proper explanation, and I am still yet to receive my refund. This clearly reflects a lack of basic accountability and raises serious concerns about how both prepaid and normal transactions are handled on this platform.
What makes the situation worse is the complete absence of customer support. There has been no response to my emails, and calls to customer care have either gone unanswered or provided no meaningful resolution. This level of negligence is unacceptable for any platform handling customer payments.

The entire experience shows poor service standards, lack of transparency, and disregard for customers’ time and money. A company that cannot ensure refunds after cancelling orders or even respond to basic queries cannot be trusted with any kind of transaction. Even after repeated follow-ups, I have still not received my refund, which only reinforces how unreliable this platform is.
