It's a solid platform for editing videos, however some features are somewhat difficult to operate and there are paywalls right and left

I used veed for making instagram reels and it was so effortless and easy to make a reel with all the necessary features available, without even me bothering about it. It is super easy to use. Great for people who are beginners or those are less creative about how to make the reels by themselves.

I hate how they let you use the tool and try to charge you AFTER you waste time using it. They need to make it clear that you wont be able to download anything you create without paying a for a subscription first.

PURE SCAME! if any one else hit by those scammers, contact me, I have a lawyer for it, I cover all the expenses. They will refund everyone of us and they will pay much more as a compensation. This company must be taken down asap. They says "try once" as a monthly plan, and it means one month... but in fact it means one single time! Pure Scam Company. I will make them pay this time!

Easy editing and mastering especially for beginners.

I have been trying to get help from their "so-called" support for several days now. They used to be awesome a few years ago. I discovered I accidentally had 2 paid accounts because one I had paid a year in advance and had forgotten with a different email account.

I went to create a video using their AI features. They do seem to have some great features but they can be very confusing and there is no transparency about their pricing and how they charge.

I was logged into an account that had been paid up for a year and when I went to try and create a video using some of their AI features, which I spent hours perfecting. I went to try to publish the video and was prompted that I needed an upgraded plan. I was desperate because I'm trying to launch a new business service, so I paid it. Their screen said I would only be charged one fee but it more than double charged me. It took several days just to get them to realize their website messed up! And, I had to argue with them that they overcharged me.

Even after I paid to upgrade as I was requested, I was STILL not able to publish the video. Remember, they charged me more than double what the screen said the cost would be for the upgraded plan. So, I left the tab open hoping to get some technical support. They don't offer support on the weekends. Their website says just "Monday through Friday" but don't state any hours. They are located in the UK which is 7 hours ahead of me. When I sent a request through their chat, the auto-response was that someone would get back to me in 4 to 7 hours.

I provided a great amount of detail, explaining the issues involving the overcharging, the fact that I still couldn't publish the new video, the fact that I had created a nearly identical type of video just a month prior without having to upgrade but now there is a problem?

Paolo from Veed sends me an email but true to how "helpless desks" tend to work. He had obviously not read anything I sent in the ticket request because he sent me a template response. So, I had to restate it all over again, provided him a link to the old video I made.

Here I am 4 days later, still no resolution. I have asked him to respond to EACH issue outlined in my last email because he likes to side step the questions with non-answers.

They refuse to set up a zoom call to try and get this resolved. I am losing business as I type this. I am so beyond angry right now at their complete disregard for trying to do anything to help me. There is ZERO transparency with their pricing. I can't get Paolo to answer why I could have produced the near identical video a little more than a month ago w/no upgrade costs and now I can't? Not to mention, when I was prompted to upgrade to publish the new video and that STILL wasn't enough? And, Paolo refuses to tell me just WHAT plan it would take to be able to produce that video?

I have now lost that video because I was not allowed to even save it as a draft. And, I still have no resolution! Veed might have some cool AI features, but quite frankly if they can't or won't support their product, it is completely worthless!

Its a scam, there is no a FREE as they writes. NO FREE AI IMAGE TO VIDEO or anything else. ITS TOTALLY SCAM and SHIT

i find it very easy to make vids, friendly approach, and just what i need to get things done the way i imagine them.

Customer service was incredibly incompetent and unhelpful.

I like the tools, and it is easy to use. The only thing I did not love was the HUGE watermark (but at least it was at the top/bottom & out of the way for the most part).

I tried to work with another popular video editing app on my desktop and had a terrible experience so I looked for an alternative. I saw some tutorials that recommended VN Video and I tried it and found it intuitive and easy to use, thanks. Hoping to ramp up my skills as I go…
