Stay away from these scammers

Stay away from these scammers. I was testing a payment to understand how this platform works. It seemed like Payoneer in terms of the features. However I was surprised because Veem sent an email to the payer's email address saying the payer has to confirm his identity, he has to submit bank statements and he has to write an essay about the purpose of the transaction, then they will complete the transaction. Like seriously? Why the payer will go through these steps? Why would someone take this much headache to send a few bucks? It seemed like I was trying to make a transaction of a billion dollars. Though I told them that it was a test I didn't make any transactions, they just deleted my account. So stay away from this platform. They will harass the payer to submit all the documents and will pretend they are not convinced and finally, they will steal the money and will close your account.

I wish website is more user friendly

I wish website is more user friendly. Since I am a newbie at Veem, I had difficulties while creating invoice and asking for a payment.
Also, when I want to transfer the incoming amount to my bank account I pay higher fees than a standart bank transfer.

The company I work for has been paying…

The company I work for has been paying me through Veem for four years now. The process is seamless. In the past year, they upgraded their turnaround time to the following day for South African banks. If I have had issues in the past the delay was always with my bank

It's OK it works.

I have never heard of VEEM before working for my employer. I used to submit my invoice and would be paid within 2 weeks. However, now it takes a month to get paid but that's probably down to a new payroll clerk. There is no income tax taken off and I did not receive my T4 for taxed employment which caused me to pay a penalty. Is this because VEEM is an American company?

Great Experience

I use Veem to get money from my agent to my account. I had been reluctant to sign up for something else, but I am glad I did. We've used Veem twice, and it has worked well both times.
