The photo of the pants I ordered should…
The photo of the pants I ordered should have highlighted—rather than concealed—two key details for a men’s garment: the absence of a zipper (even though it appears to have one, since the exterior detail is present) and the lack of a button at the center of the waistband, which makes it difficult, if not impossible, to wear the pants, as they do not have an elastic waist.
The tailor’s work costs me €24, which is in addition to the price I paid for the pants!

Veepee is my favourite online place to go shopping, and it got improved in years. I appreciate the constant effort to offer new brands daily. Prices can be competitive, even if not always. Times of delivery are the factor that afflicts the purchase, they are too long.
I suggest to make the customer care even more working well, easier to reach. I suggest also to improve photographs of items.

- quality brands (never got any problem with the products)
- very comfortable app interface (especially appreciated the limited # of items in each campaign - you don't get overwhelmed by the options).
something i always need to be careful about: not purchasing if i'm at least no 90% sure it'll fit/suit. Returns are complicated and costly.
