These people are limited capacity!

These people are limited capacity!

After several dumb emails of them requesting video footage of a screw! They eventually agreed on replacing this visor screw. Now they advise of not being able to send said screw from india due to me not having an indian 'pincode'! I have tried to explain that the UK don't have pincodes and that we have postcodes. They now refuse to send replacement screw withoit me providing a postage pincode. Is this convenient for them? Who knows.
