Just wish I could afford to place an order every week; and have enough freezer and fridge space ;) Customer service has always been spot-on, with fast delivery. 10/10!

VeganKind has been a game changer for me. Living in the Highlands of Scotland, vegan food isn't the easiest to find. The range of vegan goodies I can now get delivered, in fully recyclable packaging too, has made a huge difference.

The customer service team at VeganKind could also teach some big businesses a thing or two about how to get it right. Friendly, approachable and professional, they seem like they genuinely want to help and genuinely love and care for the company they work for. They resolve any issues quickly and provide regular feedback so you're not left wondering what's going on.

They are also a great brand themselves, planting a tree for every order, using recyclable parcel packaging and being as sustainable as possible.

Can't recommend them highly enough!

To anyone who is unsure whether to order with them, go for it. They are a fantastic company to buy from. Another order, exceptionally well packed (by J***, thank you!), very speedy delivery. Range of products is amazing and new products appear all the time. Very highly recommend again.

Excellent selection of food and snacks. I had a few teething issues in ordering due to my location not being recognised on the website, however I contacted them and it was quickly ironed out and made possible for me to order.

The order came quickly and well packaged, everything as expected and the customer support has been top notch, polite friendly and fast to help. Can't fault it and have ordered a few times now.

Let down & disappointed for the last time. Apparently it’s my fault! I didn’t tick a box somewhere! To inform an intelligent person to ask a neighbour to keep a food parcel safe.
Truthfully for me; it has been a constant complaint of a shoddy delivery service. DPD deliver for Vegankind.
In my efforts for a Coventry delivery, it’s been awful, they’re just dregs, the pits, Ignorant & poor spirited. My experiences are of ruined food thrown down by a spiteful driver. No pictures to prove this because family didn’t want to upset us!🤦‍♀️ Next I’m faced with a delivery left out in the open on a doorstep in a busy street for all to see rather than check if a neighbour would hold it? Or simply tuck it back or behind obvious bins! Too angry at losing £84 worth of birthday goodies. Not a cheap shop either. Won’t be using them again no matter how nice their staff are.

Dreadful service. Delivery delayed by a week!! Poor communication and little in the way of an apology. No real interest in the customer's experience or issues. Would not recommend nor use again.

I received my first lifestyle box today. It was very late but the company kept in touch and explained the delay. Very positive the communication.

I am quite disappointed in the box and contents, compared to previous months there doesn't seem to be such a good variety of items. Two of the products are very similar. It is likely just my own tastes too, hopefully next month is better.

Love this shop, its so easy and a one stop shop to pick up all the great Vegan products out there without traipsing round a dozen different supermarkets!

Good selection, good choices. But minimum spend AND then shipping detracts from the experience.

Happy to have discovered this place. Had to buy some vegan cheese from them which I used to be able to buy in the supermarkets but has disappeared. Great range of goods you can't easily find elsewhere, will definitely be coming back for a monthly shop. Delivery is expensive as some people have mentioned but it does need to arrive quickly and DPD are very reliable so happy to pay it. My delivery arrived in 24 hours and it was also brilliantly packaged.
